Rohingya Crisis
The Rohingya Crisis refers to the mass displacement and persecution of the Rohingya people, a Muslim minority group from Myanmar. Since 2017, violence and military operations in the Rakhine State have forced over 700,000 Rohingya to flee to neighboring countries, particularly Bangladesh, where they live in overcrowded refugee camps.
The crisis has drawn international attention due to reports of human rights abuses, including killings, sexual violence, and arson. Humanitarian organizations are working to provide aid, but challenges such as limited resources and political tensions complicate efforts to support the Rohingya population effectively.
