Richard Beauchamp
Richard Beauchamp (1382-1439) was an English nobleman and military leader during the late Middle Ages. He served as the Earl of Warwick and played a significant role in the Hundred Years' War against France. Beauchamp was known for his military prowess and was involved in various campaigns, including the siege of Rouen.
In addition to his military achievements, Beauchamp was a prominent figure in the politics of his time. He was a key supporter of the Lancastrian cause during the Wars of the Roses. His influence extended through his family connections, as he was the father-in-law of Henry VI’s queen, Margaret of Anjou.
