Rambutan
Rambutan is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia, particularly in countries like Malaysia and Indonesia. It has a round shape and is covered with a hairy, red or yellow skin. The fruit is about the size of a golf ball and grows in clusters on trees. Inside, the flesh is juicy and translucent, resembling a lychee, with a sweet and slightly acidic flavor.
Rambutan is rich in vitamins, particularly vitamin C, and contains minerals such as iron and calcium. It is often eaten fresh but can also be used in desserts, salads, and beverages. The fruit is typically harvested when ripe, as it does not continue to ripen after being picked.
