Princess Victoria of Prussia
Princess Victoria of Prussia was born on April 21, 1840, as the eldest daughter of Emperor Frederick III and Victoria, Princess Royal. She was a member of the House of Hohenzollern and played a significant role in promoting cultural and social reforms in Germany during her lifetime.
In 1858, she married Prince Louis of Hesse, becoming the Grand Duchess of Hesse. Victoria was known for her charitable work and support of education, particularly for women. She had a strong interest in the arts and was involved in various cultural initiatives throughout her life, leaving a lasting legacy in both Germany and England.
