Princess Maria Antonietta of Bourbon-Two Sicilies was born on January 19, 1814, in Naples, Italy. She belonged to the royal family of the Two Sicilies, a kingdom that existed in Southern Italy. Maria Antonietta was the daughter of King Francis I of the Two Sicilies and his wife, Archduchess Maria Isabella of Austria.
