Princess Augusta of Great Britain
Princess Augusta of Great Britain was born on November 31, 1737, and was the daughter of Frederick, Prince of Wales and Augusta of Saxe-Gotha. She was a member of the British royal family and the sister of King George III. Augusta played a significant role in the cultural life of her time, supporting various artistic endeavors.
In 1764, she married Frederick, Duke of York and Albany, and they had no children. Augusta was known for her intelligence and strong character, and she became a prominent figure in the royal court. She passed away on September 22, 1813.
