Princess Elizabeth
Princess Elizabeth, later known as Queen Elizabeth II, was born on April 21, 1926, in London, England. She was the first child of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. Elizabeth became queen on February 6, 1952, following her father's death. Her coronation took place on June 2, 1953, at Westminster Abbey.
Throughout her reign, Queen Elizabeth II became known for her dedication to public service and her role in modernizing the British monarchy. She celebrated numerous milestones, including her Silver, Golden, and Diamond Jubilees, marking 25, 50, and 60 years on the throne, respectively. Elizabeth passed away on September 8, 2022.
