Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 are role-playing video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. Released in 2012, they are direct sequels to Pokémon Black and White, set in the Unova region. Players take on the role of a Pokémon Trainer, capturing and battling various creatures known as Pokémon to become the Champion. The games introduce new features, including the Pokémon World Tournament, where players can battle past Gym Leaders and Champions. They also expand the storyline, introducing new characters and Pokémon, while retaining familiar elements from the original games.
