Pokémon White is a role-playing video game developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. Released in 2010, it is part of the fifth generation of the Pokémon series. Players assume the role of a Pokémon Trainer, exploring the Unova region, capturing and training various creatures known as Pokémon to battle other trainers. In Pokémon White, players can choose from three starter Pokémon: Snivy, Tepig, or Oshawott. The game features a unique storyline that includes the antagonist group Team Plasma, which aims to liberate Pokémon from trainers. Players can also encounter exclusive Pokémon not found in its counterpart, Pokémon Black.
