Pisidians
The Pisidians were an ancient people who lived in the region of Pisidia, located in what is now southwestern Turkey. They were known for their mountainous terrain and often engaged in agriculture and trade. The Pisidians had their own distinct culture and language, which set them apart from neighboring groups.
Historically, the Pisidians were involved in various conflicts, particularly with the expanding Roman Empire. They were known for their fierce resistance to outside control, which led to several military campaigns in the area. Over time, the region became more integrated into the Roman world, but the Pisidians maintained aspects of their unique identity.
