Palestinian Citizens
Palestinian citizens are individuals who hold citizenship in the state of Israel and identify as Palestinians. They primarily reside in areas such as Galilee, Jezreel Valley, and the Triangle, and they make up about 20% of Israel's population. These citizens often maintain a distinct cultural identity, including language, traditions, and social practices.
In addition to those in Israel, there are also Palestinian citizens living in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which are territories governed by the Palestinian Authority and Hamas, respectively. These individuals do not hold Israeli citizenship and face different political and social circumstances compared to their counterparts in Israel.
