Pakistani Ethnic Groups
Pakistan is home to a diverse range of ethnic groups, each with its own unique culture and language. The major ethnic groups include Punjabis, Sindhis, Pashtuns, Baloch, and Muhajirs. Punjabis are the largest group, primarily residing in the Punjab province, while Sindhis are mainly found in Sindh. Pashtuns inhabit the northwestern regions, and Baloch people are concentrated in Balochistan.
In addition to these major groups, there are several smaller ethnic communities, such as Saraikis, Hindko speakers, and Brahuis. Each group contributes to Pakistan's rich cultural tapestry through its traditions, music, and languages. The coexistence of these diverse ethnicities plays a significant role in shaping the country's identity.
