Pachakutik

Founded in 1995, it emerged from the Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador (CONAIE) and aims to promote social justice, environmental sustainability, and indigenous rights.
The party's name, which means "the return of the earth" in the Kichwa language, reflects its commitment to indigenous culture and values. Over the years, Pachakutik has participated in various elections, advocating for policies that support economic development and political representation for indigenous communities in Ecuador.
