Oryx
The Oryx is a type of large antelope found in arid regions of Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. It is known for its long, straight horns and striking appearance, often featuring a mix of white, tan, and black fur. Oryxes are well-adapted to desert life, able to go long periods without water by obtaining moisture from the plants they eat.
There are several species of Oryx, including the Gemsbok and the Arabian Oryx. These animals are social and typically live in herds, which helps them protect against predators. Oryxes are herbivores, primarily grazing on grasses and shrubs found in their harsh habitats.
