Operation Nemesis
Operation Nemesis was a covert mission carried out by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation in the early 1920s. Its primary goal was to assassinate key figures responsible for the Armenian Genocide during World War I, particularly members of the Ottoman Empire government. The operation aimed to seek justice for the atrocities committed against the Armenian people.
The mission resulted in the successful assassination of several prominent individuals, including Talat Pasha, the former Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire. These actions were part of a broader effort to raise awareness about the genocide and hold accountable those who orchestrated it, contributing to the historical narrative surrounding the events of 1915.
