Mostar's Old Bridge
Mostar's Old Bridge, known as Stari Most, is a historic arch bridge located in the city of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Originally built in the 16th century, it spans the Neretva River and connects the two sides of the city. The bridge is renowned for its stunning Ottoman architecture and has become a symbol of Mostar.
The original structure was destroyed during the Bosnian War in 1993 but was reconstructed and reopened in 2004. Today, Stari Most is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and attracts visitors from around the world, who come to admire its beauty and the surrounding old town.
