Mongolian Gazelle
The Mongolian Gazelle, also known as the Daurian Gazelle, is a medium-sized antelope native to the grasslands of Mongolia and parts of China. It is characterized by its slender body, long legs, and distinctive curved horns in males. These gazelles are well-adapted to their environment, capable of running at high speeds to escape predators.
Mongolian Gazelles primarily feed on grasses and herbs, grazing in herds that can number in the thousands. They are known for their migratory behavior, moving seasonally in search of food and water. Their population is currently stable, but they face threats from habitat loss and hunting.
