Mission San Jose
Mission San Jose is one of the 21 California missions founded by Spanish settlers in the late 18th century. Established in 1776 by Father Junípero Serra, it is located in present-day Fremont, California. The mission was named after Saint Joseph and served as a religious and agricultural center for the local Ohlone people.
