Mikhail Alexandrovich of Russia
Mikhail Alexandrovich of Russia was a member of the Romanov dynasty, born on December 22, 1878. He was the youngest son of Tsar Alexander III and Empress Maria Feodorovna. Mikhail served in the Russian military and held various ceremonial positions, reflecting his royal status.
During the tumultuous period of the Russian Revolution in 1917, Mikhail was declared the regent for his brother, Tsar Nicholas II, but he never officially took power. He was later arrested and executed by Bolshevik forces in 1918, marking the end of the Romanov family's rule in Russia.
