Mesomorph
A mesomorph is one of the three primary body types, known as somatotypes, identified by William Sheldon in the 1940s. Mesomorphs typically have a muscular and well-proportioned physique, characterized by broad shoulders, a narrow waist, and a naturally athletic build. This body type often finds it easier to gain muscle and strength compared to ectomorphs and endomorphs.
Individuals with a mesomorphic body type usually have a higher metabolism, allowing them to maintain a healthy weight with relative ease. They often excel in physical activities and sports due to their natural strength and agility. Mesomorphs can adapt well to various training regimens, making them versatile in fitness pursuits.
