Body Types
Body types refer to the general classifications of human physiques based on their shape and composition. The three primary body types are ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. Ectomorphs are typically slender and have a fast metabolism, making it difficult for them to gain weight. Mesomorphs have a more muscular build and can gain or lose weight relatively easily. Endomorphs tend to have a rounder physique and may find it easier to gain weight but harder to lose it.
Understanding body types can help individuals tailor their fitness and nutrition plans to better suit their unique needs. For example, ectomorphs might focus on strength training to build muscle, while endomorphs may benefit from a combination of cardio and strength exercises to manage weight
