Mehmed III
Mehmed III was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1595 to 1603. He was born on 26 May 1566 and became the 13th Sultan after the death of his father, Sultan Murad III. His reign was marked by military campaigns against the Habsburg Monarchy and the Safavid Empire, as well as internal challenges within the empire.
During his rule, Mehmed III is known for his efforts to strengthen the central authority of the empire. He implemented various administrative reforms and was involved in the construction of several architectural projects. His reign ended with his death on 22 December 1603.
