Meditation beads
Meditation beads, often referred to as mala beads, are a string of beads used in various spiritual practices, particularly in Buddhism and Hinduism. Typically consisting of 108 beads, they help practitioners keep track of their mantras or prayers during meditation. The beads can be made from various materials, including wood, seeds, or gemstones, each carrying its own significance.
Using meditation beads can enhance focus and mindfulness during meditation sessions. As practitioners move their fingers along the beads, they can maintain a rhythm and deepen their concentration. This tactile element serves as a physical reminder of their spiritual intentions and goals.
