Maria Teresa of Spain
Maria Teresa of Spain was born on September 12, 1638, and was a member of the Spanish royal family. She was the daughter of Philip IV of Spain and Mariana of Austria. In 1660, she married Louis XIV of France, which helped strengthen the alliance between Spain and France.
