Maharashtra Legislature
The Maharashtra Legislature is the legislative body of the Indian state of Maharashtra. It consists of two houses: the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) and the Maharashtra Vidhan Parishad (Legislative Council). The Vidhan Sabha has elected members, while the Vidhan Parishad includes both elected and nominated members.
