Los Tres Reyes
"Los Tres Reyes," or "The Three Kings," refers to the biblical figures known as the Magi or Wise Men who visited the newborn Jesus in Bethlehem. According to the Gospel of Matthew, they followed a star to bring gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh, symbolizing royalty, divinity, and suffering.
In many cultures, especially in Latin America and Spain, the celebration of "Los Tres Reyes" occurs on January 6th, known as Epiphany. This day often includes parades, special foods like the Rosca de Reyes (a sweet bread), and gift-giving, commemorating the Magi's visit and the revelation of Jesus to the world.
