Le Dynasty
The Lê Dynasty was a significant ruling dynasty in Vietnam that lasted from 1428 to 1789. Founded by Lê Lợi, it marked a period of national independence after the successful resistance against Ming China. The dynasty is known for its strong central government, cultural advancements, and the promotion of Confucianism.
During the Lê Dynasty, Vietnam experienced economic growth and territorial expansion. The dynasty is also recognized for its contributions to literature, art, and education, establishing a system of Confucian schools. However, internal strife and external pressures eventually led to its decline and the rise of the Nguyễn Dynasty.
