Lateral Raise
The Lateral Raise is a strength training exercise primarily targeting the deltoid muscles in the shoulders. It involves lifting weights out to the sides of the body while keeping the arms straight or slightly bent. This movement helps to build shoulder strength and improve muscle definition.
To perform a lateral raise, stand with a weight in each hand at your sides. With a slight bend in your elbows, raise the weights outward until your arms are parallel to the ground. Lower the weights back to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
