Langue d'Oc is a group of Romance languages spoken primarily in the southern regions of France, known as Occitania. It includes several dialects, such as Provençal, Languedocien, and Gascon, which share common linguistic features but also have distinct characteristics. Historically, Langue d'Oc was the language of the troubadours, poets who flourished in the Middle Ages.
