Languedocien
Languedocien is a dialect of the Occitan language, primarily spoken in the Languedoc region of southern France. It is part of the larger Occitan language family, which includes several other dialects. Languedocien has its own unique vocabulary and pronunciation, influenced by the region's history and culture.
The dialect is recognized for its rich literary tradition, with notable works dating back to the Middle Ages. While the number of speakers has declined over the years, efforts are being made to preserve and promote Languedocien through education and cultural initiatives.
