Key Stage 2
Key Stage 2 (KS2) is a part of the National Curriculum in England for children aged 7 to 11 years. It typically includes Year 3 to Year 6, where students learn core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science. At the end of KS2, students take the Key Stage 2 SATs to assess their knowledge and skills.
During KS2, children also explore subjects like History, Geography, Art, and Physical Education. The aim is to develop their critical thinking, creativity, and social skills, preparing them for the transition to Key Stage 3 in secondary education.
