Kalyani Chalukyas
The Kalyani Chalukyas, also known as the Later Chalukyas, were a prominent dynasty that ruled parts of southern India from the 10th to the 12th centuries. They were known for their contributions to art, architecture, and literature, particularly in the region of Karnataka. Their capital was Kalyani, which is now known as Basavakalyan.
The Kalyani Chalukyas are famous for their exquisite temple architecture, blending styles from earlier dynasties.
