Jehoahaz
Jehoahaz was a king of Judah who reigned for a brief period, approximately from 609 to 598 BCE. He was the son of King Josiah and became king after his father's death during the battle of Megiddo. Jehoahaz was known for his unfavorable actions, including turning away from the worship of Yahweh and adopting practices that were not in line with the traditions of his ancestors.
His reign was marked by political instability, and he was soon captured by Pharaoh Neco of Egypt, who then placed Jehoahaz in chains. After his capture, Neco appointed Jehoahaz's brother, Jehoiakim, as the new king of Judah, further altering the course of the kingdom's leadership.
