Ismaili Muslims
Ismaili Muslims are a branch of Shia Islam that follows the teachings of Imam Ali, the cousin and son-in-law of the Prophet Muhammad. They believe in a line of spiritual leaders known as Imams, who are considered the rightful successors to Muhammad. The current Imam is Aga Khan IV, who has held this position since 1957.
Ismailis are known for their emphasis on education, social justice, and community service. They have a rich cultural heritage and are present in many countries around the world, including India, Pakistan, and Canada. Their practices and beliefs may vary, but they share a commitment to the principles of faith and ethical living.
