Islamic Extremism
Islamic extremism refers to a radical interpretation of Islam that advocates for the use of violence to achieve political or religious goals. Extremists often believe that their actions are justified by their interpretation of Islamic texts and seek to impose their beliefs on others, sometimes leading to acts of terrorism.
This ideology can manifest in various forms, including support for militant groups like Al-Qaeda or ISIS. While the vast majority of Muslims practice their faith peacefully, Islamic extremism represents a small but dangerous faction that distorts the teachings of Islam for violent purposes.
