Hindu philosophy
Hindu philosophy encompasses a diverse range of ideas and beliefs that originate from the ancient texts of Hinduism. It includes six main schools of thought, known as Darshanas, which explore concepts like reality, ethics, and the nature of the self. Key texts include the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Vedas, which provide insights into the nature of existence and the universe.
Central to Hindu philosophy is the idea of Dharma, or duty, which guides individuals in their actions and responsibilities. Additionally, concepts like Karma (the law of cause and effect) and Moksha (liberation from the cycle of rebirth) play significant roles in understanding life and the ultimate goal of existence.
