Henry II of Castile
Henry II of Castile was a king who ruled from 1366 to 1379. He was born in 1334 and was a member of the House of Trastámara. His reign was marked by conflicts with the Kingdom of Aragon and internal struggles within Castile.
Henry II is known for his efforts to consolidate power and strengthen the monarchy. He established a more centralized government and sought to improve the administration of justice. His rule also saw the continuation of the Reconquista, the effort to reclaim territory from the Moors in the Iberian Peninsula.
