Hanafi Law
Hanafi Law is one of the four major schools of Islamic jurisprudence, founded by the scholar Imam Abu Hanifa in the 8th century. It emphasizes reason and opinion in interpreting Islamic texts, allowing for flexibility in legal rulings. This school is widely practiced in regions such as South Asia, Turkey, and parts of the Middle East.
The Hanafi approach prioritizes the Quran and Hadith but also considers consensus among scholars and analogical reasoning. This makes it adaptable to various cultural contexts, addressing contemporary issues while remaining rooted in traditional Islamic principles.
