HMS Dido
HMS Dido was a light cruiser of the Royal Navy, launched in 1937. She was part of the Dido-class and served during World War II. The ship was designed for anti-aircraft defense and had a displacement of about 5,500 tons.
Throughout her service, HMS Dido participated in various naval operations, including the Mediterranean and Arctic campaigns. She was equipped with advanced radar and weaponry for her time, making her a vital asset in protecting Allied forces. The ship was eventually decommissioned in 1957 and scrapped in 1960.
