Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich of Russia
Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich of Russia (1866-1933) was a member of the Romanov dynasty, the ruling family of the Russian Empire. He was the son of Grand Duke Mikhail Nikolaevich and a cousin of Tsar Nicholas II. Known for his artistic talents, he was also a writer and historian, contributing to the understanding of Russian history.
During his life, Alexander Mikhailovich lived in exile after the Russian Revolution of 1917. He settled in France, where he continued to write and engage with the Russian émigré community. His works often reflected on the fall of the monarchy and the changes in Russian society.
