Glasser
Glasser refers to a psychological theory developed by Dr. William Glasser, known as Reality Therapy. This approach emphasizes personal responsibility and the importance of fulfilling basic psychological needs, such as love, power, freedom, and fun. Glasser believed that individuals can change their behavior by focusing on their choices and the consequences of those choices.
In addition to Reality Therapy, Glasser also introduced the concept of Choice Theory. This theory posits that all human behavior is driven by the desire to meet our needs and that we have control over our actions. By understanding and applying these principles, individuals can improve their relationships and overall well-being.
