Fuad I
Fuad I was the first King of modern Egypt, reigning from 1920 until his death in 1936. He was born on March 26, 1868, and became king after the death of his predecessor, King Fouad I. His rule marked a significant period in Egyptian history, as he worked to modernize the country and strengthen its independence from foreign influence.
During his reign, Fuad I faced various political challenges, including rising nationalist movements. He established a constitutional monarchy and promoted education and infrastructure development. His efforts laid the groundwork for future leaders and the eventual establishment of a republic in Egypt.
