Francisco González Bocanegra
Francisco González Bocanegra was a Mexican poet and playwright, born on February 6, 1824, in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. He is best known for writing the lyrics to the Mexican national anthem, titled “Himno Nacional Mexicano.” His work has played a significant role in shaping Mexican national identity and pride.
