Frances Brandon
Frances Brandon, born in 1517, was the daughter of Charles Brandon, the Duke of Suffolk, and Mary Tudor, the sister of King Henry VIII. She was a member of the English royal family and a cousin to Queen Mary I and Queen Elizabeth I. Frances was known for her beauty and intelligence, and she played a significant role in the Tudor court.
Frances married Henry Grey, the 1st Duke of Suffolk, and they had three daughters, including Lady Jane Grey, who briefly became queen of England in 1553. Frances's life was marked by the political turmoil of the Tudor period, particularly during the reign of Queen Mary I.
