Folkhälsomyndigheten
Folkhälsomyndigheten, or the Public Health Agency of Sweden, is a government agency responsible for public health issues in Sweden. Established in 2014, its main goal is to promote good health and prevent diseases among the population. The agency conducts research, provides guidance, and develops strategies to improve health outcomes.
The agency also plays a crucial role in responding to health crises, such as infectious disease outbreaks. It collaborates with other organizations, including the World Health Organization and local health authorities, to ensure effective public health measures are in place.
