Fertility Myths
Fertility myths are common misconceptions about the ability to conceive. One prevalent myth is that age does not affect fertility; however, both men and women experience a decline in fertility as they get older. Women, in particular, have a limited number of eggs, and their quality decreases with age, making it more challenging to conceive after the age of 35.
Another myth is that certain positions during intercourse can influence the chances of getting pregnant. While some believe that specific positions can help sperm reach the egg more effectively, scientific evidence shows that the position does not significantly impact fertility. Factors like overall health and timing are far more important in the conception process.
