Dumbbell Rows
Dumbbell Rows are a strength training exercise that primarily targets the muscles in the back, particularly the latissimus dorsi, as well as the shoulders and arms. To perform a dumbbell row, you typically bend forward at the hips while holding a dumbbell in one hand, keeping your back straight. You then pull the dumbbell towards your hip, squeezing your shoulder blade at the top of the movement.
This exercise can be done with one arm at a time or with both arms simultaneously, depending on your preference and fitness level. Dumbbell rows can help improve upper body strength, posture, and overall muscle definition.
