Duke Otto II of Bavaria
Duke Otto II of Bavaria was a member of the House of Wittelsbach, born in 1206. He became Duke of Bavaria in 1253 and ruled until his death in 1257. Otto II was known for his efforts to strengthen the duchy and maintain peace during a time of political instability in the region.
