Die Linke
Die Linke is a political party in Germany that was founded in 2007. It emerged from a merger of the Party of Democratic Socialism (PDS), the successor to the East German communist party, and a group of disenchanted members from the Social Democratic Party (SPD). The party advocates for social justice, anti-capitalism, and environmental sustainability.
The party's platform includes policies such as increasing the minimum wage, expanding public services, and promoting affordable housing. Die Linke aims to represent the interests of workers, marginalized communities, and those affected by economic inequality in Germany.
