Deep-frying
Deep-frying is a cooking method that involves submerging food in hot oil, typically between 350°F and 375°F (175°C to 190°C). This technique creates a crispy outer layer while keeping the inside moist and tender. Common foods that are deep-fried include potatoes for making French fries, chicken, and doughnuts.
The process begins by heating oil in a deep fryer or a heavy pot. Once the oil reaches the desired temperature, the food is carefully added, allowing it to cook quickly. After a few minutes, the food is removed and drained of excess oil, resulting in a deliciously crunchy texture.
